Shipping Policy
Fulfillment & Origin
At OBSERV, we deliver worldwide from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong. Every order is handled with care and shipped as quickly as possible so you can start experiencing the benefits of better focus and deeper rest without delay.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed and then dispatched from our Hong Kong facility. We aim for faster dispatch whenever possible.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all major locations worldwide. If you live in a remote or unconnected area, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery options. We do not ship to countries currently under sanctions by the United States or the European Union.
Estimated Delivery Time
Typical delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless you qualify for free shipping. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@wearobserv.com. We will investigate immediately and, if confirmed lost, your order will be resent at no additional cost.
Incorrect Address & Customs
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot modify addresses after an order is placed. If an incorrect address was provided, you will need to place a new order. If a package is held or delayed by customs, we will send a replacement free of charge once confirmed.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at info@wearobserv.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
If your return is approved, you will need to send the item back to us and cover the shipping cost yourself.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, please get in touch before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
