What is the difference between OBSERV and other blue light blocking lenses?

OBSERV lenses balance effective blue-light filtering with natural color on screens. Frames are lightweight and logo-free for daily wear.

What’s the difference between the Day and Night lenses?

Day: subtle tint for work hours; reduces visual fatigue while keeping colors true. Night: deeper amber/red for evenings to minimize disruption from bright screens and indoor LEDs.

Is the night mode on my device enough?

Device filters mainly change display color/brightness. Lenses add a physical filter that also covers ambient light in your space.

What if I don’t notice a difference?

Use them consistently for 3–7 days. Many report less strain by week one. If it’s not for you, we offer a 30-day return window.

Do you offer prescription lenses?

Not yet. You can wear OBSERV with contacts or ask an optician whether our frames can be fitted with your prescription.

How do I choose the right size and fit?

Check the measurements on each product page (frame width, bridge, temple). If unsure, choose Standard—our most universal fit.

How do I clean and care for the lenses?

Rinse with lukewarm water, a drop of mild soap, and dry with a microfiber cloth. Avoid paper towels, alcohol, and household cleaners.

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide from Hong Kong. Orders process within 48 hours and typically arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email after dispatch. You can also track anytime at wearobserv.com/apps/track.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging. Email info@wearobserv.com to request a return; you’ll cover return shipping.

Are sale items or gift cards returnable?

No—sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Do you offer exchanges?

The quickest route is to return your item and place a new order. We’ll send return instructions once approved.

My parcel is delayed or lost — what should I do?

Contact info@wearobserv.com. We’ll investigate immediately and, if confirmed lost, resend at no cost.

Do you ship everywhere? Any restrictions?

We ship to most countries. We cannot ship to destinations under U.S./EU sanctions. Remote regions may require confirmation before ordering.

EU customers — do I have a 14-day cooling-off period?

Yes. If shipped into the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging; keep your proof of purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post.
