Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide from Hong Kong. Orders process within 48 hours and typically arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email after dispatch. You can also your order anytime here.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and include all original tags. Please visit our Return Policy page to view the full details and to copy our return request email template.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post.
Are sale items or gift cards returnable?
No, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These purchases are final sale.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to get a new item is to return your current one and place a separate order for the new style. We will send you return instructions once your return request is approved.
My parcel is delayed or lost — what should I do?
Please contact info@observeyewear.com. We will investigate the issue immediately. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will resend your order at no extra cost.
Do you ship everywhere? Any restrictions?
We ship to most countries. However, we cannot ship to destinations under U.S. or EU sanctions. If you live in a remote region, please confirm with us before ordering.
How do I clean and care for the lenses?
Rinse your glasses with lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap, then dry them gently with a microfiber cloth. Do not use paper towels, alcohol, or household cleaners as they can damage the lenses.
How do I choose the right size and fit?
Please check the measurements listed on each product page, which include frame width, bridge, and temple length.
