Returns
ØBSERV will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging.

Is the "Night Mode" on my device enough?
Software filters only dim the screen or shift colors. They don't block the physical, high-energy light waves hitting your retinas. Our lenses provide a hardware-level barrier that filters the actual light spectrum that software alone cannot reach.
What does the warranty cover?
We stand by our engineering with a 12-month warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects in the frames or lens coatings. If your gear fails due to a production flaw or material oversight, we will replace your pair at no cost to you.
How should I care for my eyewear?
To maintain optical clarity, always store your glasses in the provided protective case. Clean the lenses using the microfibre cloth included with your order. Avoid using paper towels or household detergents, as these can degrade the technical coatings over time.
